One day last week was one of those “I am not going to make it” sort of days.
The last straw was the toilet pouring water out of the tank!

I shut off the water and told Pastor. Some men at church have offered to help anyone with things around their homes.

I flushed the toilet with a bucket of water all week.

Today he came over and fixed the leak and we’re safe to flush now. Really that is a blessing. It’s also a blessing that the whole thing didn’t need to be replaced.

He also checked out the furnance and why it wouldn’t start. It seems a switch was turned off. (By a little boy perhaps?)
I didn’t even know it had a switch and I’d have never discovered that was why it wouldn’t come on.
I have to admit I was trying very hard to not worry over needing a new toilet or a new furnace.

I just had to gulp and pray and ask the Lord to help me to trust.

Praise God that they were both very small easily fixed things.

Praise God too for people willing to help!
