Pop over pizza casserole

6-8 oz mozzarella, or cheddar, or a mixture
Batter:
1 c milk
1 Tb oil
2 eggs
1 c flour
½ tsp salt
½ c grated cheese
1. Add pizza ingredients to browned hamburger.
2. Combine milk, oil, eggs. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add flour , salt, beat 2 minutes or til smooth.
3. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 9×13 pan. Top with cheese slices.
4. Pour batter over cheese. Cover filling completely. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Bake 400 f for 25-30 minutes.

I found you via the Ultimage Blog Party and wanted to say “Hi!”. I love your blog header image and the Bible verse. Where would I be if He did not remember that? The pizza casserole sounds delicious, one I’d like to try. Thanks for sharing it.
