Schedule of Order
by adustyframe ~ April 1st, 2007On Saturday, I received a letter from the attorney.
My heart beat faster and harder and I almost didn’t want to open it.
I did however.
The Judge took the position that this appeal is a civil matter and does not belong in his court. Therefore no decision has been entered.
The Judge indicated that he will resolve the issue of which court should have this matter by the end of next week.
The attorney stated, “I did indicate to the Court that it certainly was not my client’s problem that the Court’s were struggling with which Judge should actually hear the matter but we would appreciate a decision on it, since he’s been in custody for some time.”
So where we are is still waiting.
I almost have to laugh right?
This is all in God’s will and his Hand has allowed it.
Thank you for praying and for those of you that emailed me to let me know we were in your prayers last week.

So God is still doing a work at this stage. It’s not yet time for the next step. After reading about Sergio, I wonder if perhaps it’s a blessing for a wounded soul or two that Lee remain where he is a little longer. May God bless you and keep you uplifted, Lizzie & Lee. I have confidence if we could see the whole plan from God’s viewpoint, we would not despair but clap our hands in delight. We would see that the anguish and painful sacrifice of our flesh has encouraged another tendril of the life of Christ to push through and grow … just as his sacrifice for us brought life. Precious fruit. Hang in there. I’m pulling for you with unceasing prayer. And Jesus is pulling for you with all his heart: “I have prayed for you that your faith fail not.” (Luke 22:32) Can’t you just see him leaning down aching over you and loving on you and talking it over with His Father? And when you have overcome in this experience, you will with great joy strengthen and encourage your brothers and sisters. Oh, I’m praying for you.
