I was trying to not be too excited

Thursday is the marriage seminar.
If you’ve been reading awhile, you know I’ve been waiting a loooong time to go to this.

Those posts talk about my excitement and disappointment. The last seminar was on the day of my brother’s wedding rehearsal so I didn’t even attempt to attend.
I have an employee covering the day. I have childcare. I’m so very excited.
I didn’t want to post about this earlier because I still feel like I’m holding my breath waiting for it to actually happen.
I have a very busy week this week, but I’m just needing to get to Thursday.
Then I can sit with my husband–next to him!–for an entire day. I can’t wait.
Gigi and the girls and I are getting together afterwards.
Pray for me to get through the days before Thursday. And please pray that this seminar will actually happen this week. I pray that God will do something good in our marriage that day. Whether it be discussing things that need to be discussed or learning something about each other or just being encouraged.
I’m not sure what God has in store for us on Thursday, but I pray he’ll prepare our hearts.
