Getting Better

I think (hope!) I’ve turned the corner. I didn’t go visit Lee last night.

I hadn’t visited him since Friday. His 3 visits per week were used by last Friday and I had to wait until Wednesday to see him again.

I wanted to go and even cried about it but I could barely hold my head up. I didn’t think driving would be very smart!

I went to the chiropractor yesterday afternoon and she adjusted everything. She said I was a mess. Then I came home and slept all afternoon and evening. I had a horrible headache though.

James went to AWANA. Poor kid. It’s no fun having a sick mother for days on end.

We went to bed early and around midnight, I woke up. My headache was gone and my fever was breaking.

So hopefully today, I’ll perk up. I still feel very tired but not so lethargic and apathetic like I was all week.

    Oh I’m so glad you’re feeling better. I was unable to send you ‘get better soon’ wishes (so busy this week!) but I have been checking your blog and praying for you this week.

    Last week my son had a very similar virus. It was no fun, so you have my sympathy!
