Oh my. That is such a sad story. I just wonder exactly what they consider “extraordinary circumstances” to be if losing a young child to cancer is not? That family will be in my prayers.

That is so sad, and it just doesn’t make sense. I also wonder how bad it would have to be for it to be “extraordinary circumstances”.

What I didn’t understand about it, was that they let him out when she was first diagnosed for three visits and she improved… so why not now that she is so close to death? It’s bordering on cruel.
