I was listening to Christian radio the other day and heard the speaker say this,
“How many blessings do we miss out on today because we weren’t thankful for the blessings we received yesterday?”

Lee’s job search isn’t going so well. He’s applied at many places and hasn’t had call backs.
He said the conversations go like this–
“We have jobs available in the following areas…..”
Then Lee fills out the paperwork and goes to talk with someone.
They read over his paper and see he has a criminal record and the jobs [...]

I drove past the prison the other day. It’s off the highway and sometimes when I’m going from point A to point B, I have to drive past it.

Lee is so tired right now. He’s not used to being awake all day long.
When he was in prison, he used sleeping as a coping mechanism.
His sleep habits were partially due to depression. It was so much easier for him to sleep the day away rather than thinking about everything that weighed on his mind.
