I prayed and asked God to provide me a job here that was doing something different so I could stretch myself. I also asked that I be placed in non-Christian environment. He chose to answer both prayers. I had no idea how miserable I would be. :) And yet, He gave me exactly what I asked for, and I know that I am growing in Him and that I am having the opportunity to share Him with those around me. There's just no way for us to predict His ways, is there?<strong> No, there really is not! And I have also doubted my sanity in ever asking to be more Christ-like. In retrospect, I see that each time the tremendous grace and strength God gives us, as we walk on, are a great blessing, and that it truly was a gift to have the trial. Each time His blessings are new every morning. He promises to finish the work He started in us. We want to run screaming, "no" , but He takes us down the path to grow in trust and knowledge of Him. <strong> Wise words.
