I’ve used most of these ideas! I get a lot of personal satisfaction out of using as much of what I have as possible and not wasting anything. The one that I’d never heard of was cucumbers in meatballs. Hmmm… I’m not sure about that one!

I am bookmarking this. I had a similar list a while back that dealt with leftover main dishes, primarily meats, but these other things get left over, too.
