An old acquaintance of mine who is involved in a very aberrant church came to my Bible study last week. She and her husband came to church on Sunday, loved it, and are coming back permanently. God also is giving me a refresher course in forgiveness – giving and receiving.

I’ve left a link to my post on faith this week. The Lord has been hammering home how important it is that I let HIM have control over all the circumstances of my life. Praise God that he is faithful!

Thursday we drove 300 miles to attend my brother’s memorial service on Saturday afternoon. He graduated to glory the morning of Nov. 9th. So glad he knew our Lord and is in His presence now. He had written his Christian testimony out in 1997 and I was honored to be asked by my sister-in-law to read it. It was a beautiful service.
While there we had breakfast with a number of old friends from when we lived there. One had just got out of the nursing home where she had lost 35 pounds. She gave my friend, Carole 10 pair of slacks tags still on Alfred Dunner’s only one pair fit her and the other 9 pair fit me. Praises the Lord for that blessing.
We again had safety in returning today. We stopped at Northfield, MN and visted my Dad’s, Mother’s, Step-Mother’s, oldest brother’s and sister-in-laws graves. We were glad to get home safety; as we drove part way in the snow. GOD IS SO GOOD!!!
