Portuguese Lasagna
by adustyframe ~ January 2nd, 2009My sister made this for us on Christmas Eve. It was really yummy and nice to try a different type of lasagna.
She warns that it’s really rich and you don’t want to overindulge!

This sounds good! I always have ground turkey in my freezer but I get bored making meatballs. There’s a Mexican lasagna recipe somewhat similar (it uses canned cream soup as a base) but it’s with tortillas and leftover chicken, neither of which we have very often). I think this would feed my hungry bunch well.
