Last week, I participated in a “twitter chat” about homeschooling. The topic was writing.
Several of the moms shared that their children had blogs for writing practice. I thought about this for several days and finally ran the idea past James today. At first he was excited, but when he realized it was work, he wanted to forget about it. (You’ll understand this when you read his “about me” section.)
He’s posted 3 items and has a list of things he wants to share soon. He gave me permission to share it with you.
We weren’t exactly happy with the way WordPress named it Theadventuresofjames’s Blog”.
He wanted “The Adventures of James” so we’ll have to see if a different theme will change the title back. We decided to go with his “alter ego” so that he can share the blog with you.
If you want to leave a comment once in awhile, I’m sure he’ll be thrilled.

My son (9) has really enjoyed his blog. Lately it is very much about legos. I will share your son’s blog with him. He’d love to check it out!

Lizzie, I have to tell you about my “almost” typo on James’ blog. I told him to write about things he likes. But, I originally had written “write about thongs you like” !! YIKES! Thankfully, I caught that one!:~0 Since I got you on one of your typos, I thought I’d fess up, and tell you I do them, too. Thankfully, they don’t always get sent!
