Pastor went to visit Lee last week. He has to make the appointment 24-36 hours in advance. The visit goes through the chaplain’s office and the paperwork takes awhile to clear.

Pastor went to the jail–it’s not in our town. He waited 45 minutes before they told him that Lee was in a class. Pastor asked them if they would remove him from the class and they said no.

He doesn’t know if the chaplain’s office knew Lee was in the class or not when they made the appointment. In the past, Lee has always been able to leave class or work for a visit with Pastor–or anyone. But this time, it was a no.

Pastor asked them when Lee would be transferred and was told he couldn’t have that information for security reasons. So we’re still not sure when he’ll move, it must be soon because the class is scheduled to start in April.

Pastor wasn’t annoyed, but I was. How rude! At least they could have told him that he couldn’t visit before he waited 45 minutes. Lee was annoyed too. He’d have rather visited with Pastor too.

At least he knows Pastor tried to visit and that he cares. That helps.

ummm bright side??? gave the pastor 45 min to pray non stop for Lee????

heck at this point, by the time they move him, it’ll be time to turn around and get back…

and you know those pastors…notorious for jail breaks…..they are the pros!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry…the whole thing is a mess….they like to be controlling , and they controled the pastor….they wasted his time ., so they think, but i’m sure he used it for good ….

(if this is incoherant, ive not slept this week, my boy has ulcers on his tongue…yippeee..no one knows why..) take care of you and james…..
