by adustyframe ~ March 31st, 2009

This is just a simple easy meatloaf, but it always gets thumbs up when I make it. It’s from a church cookbook from a church we went to years ago.

1 lb ground beef

1/2 c. milk

1/2 c. breadcrumbs, plain or flavored

1 carrot, grated

1/3 package onion soup mix

1 egg

pepper to taste

1. Soak bread crumbs in milk.

2. Add to meat and other ingredients. Mix well.

3. Bake at 350 F until done.
