Pilaf
by adustyframe ~ April 28th, 2009I found this recipe in a magazine last week and tried it today. It’s pretty yummy.
I served it with roast beef and carrots from the crock pot, and asparagus.
2 Tb butter
1 onion, diced
1 c. small pasta
2 c. bulgur
3 c. beef broth
1. Saute onion in butter til soft.
2. Add pasta and stir til lightly browned.
3. Add bulgur and toss to coat.
4. Add beef broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 25-30 min.
That’s it! Quick, easy and yummy.
