Fears~Repost
by adustyframe ~ May 11th, 2009I am reading Breaking Free by Beth Moore. It’s the 1st book I’ve read by her and I find it to be a good study.
Here is a gem from today’s reading.
“God has carefully and graciously allowed some of my fears to come true so that I would discover that I would not disintegrate. God taught me to survive on his unfailing love. It wasn’t fun but it was transforming”
Not fun by transforming–my sentiments exactly.

I read that a few years ago. She makes some good points, but overall I’d use a heavy dose of discernment when reading that book (and some of her others like it that lapse into W-F territory). “Breaking Free”, along with “Believing God”, is the main reason my church no longer uses Beth Moore studies…she’s gotten into a lot of aberrant doctrine.
