We were blessed to have him in our home today for a cookout and a great time of conversation. I thank the Lord that I was allowed to be born and raised in the USA. We make mistakes sometimes and can be arrogant at others....but we are blessed beyond our understanding. This is the first 4th that my Veteran (USMC) won't be with us and it's really sad. I am still having the hardest time deciding if I should continue my marriage when his probation is over, or just throw in the towel. I have so many people telling me to End It. But I love reading your blog because it makes me think about the other side of the coin, sticking with him-- above all, figuring out what God's will is in all of this.
