He said, “I’d like this better if those people weren’t singing.”
Those people are artists like Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong!

It was neat to click on the link and listen to the samples. I had never heard potato chips before. I can understand James only wanting to hear the music and not the singing. I enjoyed both the singers you mentioned wasn’t familiar with some of the others. Fun.
