My friend Joy spent most of the week with us last week. She made a yummy, yummy coleslaw.
Just put in the amounts you want–no specific measurements.
Cabbage
Red Pepper
Yellow Zucchini
Green Onions
Dice vegetables fine and add a coleslaw dressings. We just did mayo, 1 Tb. sugar, and enough apple cider vinegar to make it thin.
Toss together and enjoy.
