I cook and bake with coconut oil; consume up to 3 tbs. right of the spoon daily, esp. since I’m doing an anti fungal diet; occasionally do oil pulling; skin moisturizer; deodorant (mixed with corn starch) but not sure I quite like using it this way…; it’s great stuff!!

I use coconut oil in place of oil/shortening for any recipe I can. I have also used it for making rutabaga chips (like potato chips only with rutabagas).

…and I subscribed to the newsletter. Not sure if I needed to mention that in the post or not!

I use it in chicken soup – chicken, sea salt, onions, carrots, garlic, celery, and 1TBSP. of coconut oil
I like it & will continue using it for other things — lots of good ideas here.

I’d like to try it in my coffee. I always use milk and this idea never occured to me. Healthier than organic milk, and probably creamer. Can’t wait to try it this way. Very interesting.
