Freezer Mashed Potatoes sounds like a great idea. Especially when potatoes are on sale! Stock up and make a big batch for the freezer.

I love your new blog “do”! It is clean and fresh and pretty. I wonder, though, if I might request the font be a wee bit larger? My menopausal eyes rebel something fierce! : )
