Too many to mention:

Mary, did you know?
Angels we have heard on high
Who is He in yonder stall
We are the reason
In the bleak mid-winter

are on the top of my list :)

I too enjoy the traditional hymns and carols. One I would always request is "What CHILD is This?" Saw Andy William's Christmas specials on Public TV from Minneapolis last night. Was very good!!! He had a TV program from 1962-1973.

I love the Hymnworks one.

A couple of my favorite CDs are King of Glory by the Sacred Music Services Men's Chorus, the King Singers "A Little Christmas Music," and Kelly Yost's CD of piano music,"Still, Still, Still."

Two of my favorite Christmas hymns are "Infant Holy, Infant Lowly" and "Who Is He in Yonder Stall?"

Lizzie,
I love the traditional carols too, but for a couple of years now, my favorite Christmas song has been 'How Many Kings' by Downhere.

You know, I had a Michael W. Smith Christmas album on cassette some years back that I just loved. He did an amazing, modern arrangement of "Angels we have heard on High". I should look for it on CD - really one of my favorites.

I also have a Steven Curtis Chapmas Christmas album with "Oh Come, All Ye Faithful". I heard Josh Groban on the radio singing something Christmasy with that amazing voice of his, but I don't have any of his CDs. I need to get some Christmasy music. We're having folks (mostly church folks) over on Saturday.

I saw a "Larry the Cableguy Christmas CD" in the bin at Walmart the other day. I will probably not be getting that one - at least not to play while my pastor is over. LOL!!
