Anyone have any blessings yet in 2010?

I was blessed to spend an afternoon with a friend last week. The kids played and we visited and it was a refreshing time.

She gave me a huge bag of clothing from her son for James. I haven’t sorted it out yet, but it’s definitely a money saver for us.

I’m thankful too for the days off we had. It’s time to get back to our normal routine, but the break was a blessing.

What about you?

Darn right there are blessings this new year: each breath, each step, each beautiful thing like frost patterns on the window, each touch of a hand of a loved one, each bite of flavorful food. Praise God!

    Hi Lizzie!

We were blessed with a paper route! It’s only once a week on Saturdays so it doesn’t interfere with homeschooling and we can all do it together. What an awesome God we serve!!

We had a wonderful time visiting family and friends in PA. This was the first Christmas without my mom. I thank the Lord that my dad seems to be doing well. My new great-nephew was born while we were up there, and I am so glad that I got to see and hold him! He is precious! I thank the Lord for His protection as we traveled 11 hours on the road, each way.

We never go anywhere on New Years Eve…..this year was
the exception…..a local church had a dinner and music.
We went with several of my husbands co-workers and it
was wonderful…..We find out this Wed. if my husband is
still cancer free…..please pray that we will accept the
results of his most recent blood work by praising God….He
    already knows the results.
    God Bless, Pam, South Bend
