Tropical Traditions offered me another giveaway to share with you.

I received a canister of Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens (berry flavored) to try and review.

I used it stirred into water and I also put it in a smoothie.

I preferred it in a smoothie. It has a fairly strong taste which I didn’t find super pleasant.

I will say though that drinking it stirred into water wasn’t horrible, it just wasn’t delicious. I could stir it into water and slurp it down everyday and be fine. I do think the ingredients are very good for me, so the benefits outweigh the “not super yummi-ness”.

But if you add it to a smoothie you should be just fine.  I put a little less than they suggest.
