Tellin the truth Tuesday

I got to bed earlier quite a bit this past week. Not every night, but  most nights.

I didn’t do my exercise program because I’m a chicken that it will start my headaches again. I did think about it though and I really will give it a try soon.

I did pretty good on following my eating plan. I wasn’t perfect, but I didn’t go crazy anywhere.

I weighed this morning and stayed the same as last week! I probably need to kick that exercise into gear and get this little plateau moving.

Goals for this week:

1. I’d really like to show any type of loss next week.

2. Get back into my exercise routine.

3. Keep going to bed earlier.

4. Take my vitamins every day.

    I remembered to weigh this morning. I’m two pounds less than two weeks ago. Remember I forgot to weight last week. I’m also happy to report that I have lost a total of 3 pounds since we started in February. For the month of March it was like my brain thought I was suppose to gain instead of lose; so I’m happy to report that I have started toward losing again. This week I walked five times. Yesterday I did weedeating so I count that as exercise also. I’m not giving up, but I did get discouraged for a while.

    If you think your exercise program is bringing on headaches, have you tried going for walks a few times a week? Would that be a little more gentle?
