Button Bracelets~Tutorial
by adustyframe ~ September 6th, 2010When my mom came to visit in June, she brought me a button bracelet. I loved it! Here is the one she made for me.

(this is the one my mom made for herself)
Are you sitting down? These are so easy you’ll laugh!
All you need is buttons and elastic cord. The elastic cord was just over $1.00 for a package.
1. Cut a piece of elastic cord approximately 11″ long.
2. String button on–push them closely together. You’ll need more buttons than you think you will 20-22. They overlap a little and that’s a good thing.
3. Tie a knot in the elastic cord–pull very tight and tie a couple more. Trim the cord and wear your lovely bracelet.
Here are a few I’ve made. I added tiny ribbons and even tried stacking the buttons. Both turned out nicely. They are very fun to wear.
