I made the soft soap that I posted on this Outside the Frame. It was super easy and turned out great. I had a ton of soap shavings from James’ soap carving days. It was about 20 bars of soap so I just scooped all the flakes in a bag figuring that I would find something to do. I just made 1/2 a recipe. I put the soap that didn’t fit in my dispenser (tons!) in a 5 qt ice cream pail. I did have to add some more water to the dispenser and shake it up again but it’s working great!
I added a bit of plumeria soap scent from my soap making days–which I need to get back to! Let me know if you’ve tried it.
