Tellin’ The Truth Tuesday AKA Wednesday

I’ve been sticking with my Walking Away The Pounds DVDs for about a month now. I’m really pleased that I’m excited to get my exercise in! This is a big change for me.

I have been getting in a workout 5 or 6 days a week for the past 3 weeks–a world’s record for me!

I have quit weighing–this may not be a good thing. But I have. I’m working on eating healthy and exercising.

I still definitely have weight to lose and I will get back to that but for now I’m just working on being healthy and exercising.

I know that I have new good habits that are really established.

For example, Lee promised James a blizzard at Dairy Queen and we all went. I didn’t even have a twinge of wanting a blizzard. I didn’t take a taste or want a taste. I wasn’t “being good”. I just didn’t want it.

I LOVE it when I recognize changes like that in my life!

So, it’s all good.

I have a new Leslie Sansone DVD that I’m itching to try out today–so catch ya later!
