Police
by adustyframe ~ January 21st, 2013I came home this afternoon to see a police car sitting across the street with it’s lights on.
I assumed he pulled someone over although there was no car parked in front of his squad car.
I walked into the house and smiled as I realized that seeing his flashing lights only elicited mild curiosity from me. My heart didn’t pound. I wasn’t afraid. I didn’t think they were there because of anything to do with us.
Thank you, Lord! That was a good feeling.
