I managed to exercise one time last week. ONE!!!!
This past summer, I was exercising 5-6 times a week and loving it. Boy, I lost a lot of ground when I had my little hiatus from exercise.
I did 1 mile from a Walk Away the Pounds DVD and I was huffing and puffing. Phew…
I am still so tired. I plan to get in some exercise and then I have to take a nap and then the running James around for night time things.
I cannot exercise first thing in the morning because of my back and neck problems. I have to be awake for awhile and get limbered up.
I’ll figure it out!
I decided to admit my one time of exercise because after all this IS “tellin’ the truth Tuesday”.
