I’ve managed to get a little more exercise in over the past week. I’m thankful for that but it’s still hard to get motivated to do it!
I’m not going crazy or anything–mostly my walking DVD’s or the treadmill.
I’m eating healthy about 90% of the time. The unfortunate thing is that the 10% of the time that I’m not eating the best, I’m not making good choices at all! I’ve given myself permission to have a few too many treats. Uh oh—-
