Blue Cheese Pizza~Low Carb Cauliflower Crust~THM S

A restaurant near here makes a similar type pizza. I tried it once and LOVED it. However, they don’t have a low carb crust and they’re really expensive.

So, once in awhile, I make it for myself. Thankfully, Lee and James think it’s disgusting so I don’t even have to share!

1. Make a cauliflower pizza crust~ this is just one I searched for–most of them are very similar to this one. You can search for a different one if you like. I like to put garlic and Italian seasonings in this before baking.

2. While crust is baking, chop up your toppings.

Toppings:

*Lunch meat ham and salami~or use Canadian Bacon instead of ham. I used a variety with no preservatives.

*Red onion sliced thinly

*Tomato–diced

*Blue cheese–crumbled

*Walnuts-diced or whole–I know this sounds odd but it’s soooooooo good.

 

*Layer diced tomatoes over the baked cauliflower crust. This pizza doesn’t have a sauce–the tomatoes get soft and saucy.

*Sprinkle meats over the tomatoes

*Layer on the onions

*Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the top

*Top with walnuts

Bake at 450 F for 15-20 minutes or until pizza looks done to you. Slice and enjoy.

    It sounds yummy. I like the cauliflower crust except leftover when it seems to get a stronger cabbage type flavor. I also make a crust out of whole milk mozzarella that is low carb and I love it.
