MMM! These are so good. I made these again recently and decided they’re worth a repost because they’re so yummy!

1 C. Shortening

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1/4 tsp. Cloves

1/2 C. Raisins

1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts

1. Cream together sugar, eggs, shortening, and vanilla.

2. Add pumpkin and mix.

3. Stir together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.

4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

5. Bake at 350 F 8-10 minutes.

6. Cool and ice with cream cheese icing.

**We substituted butter for shortening and they turned out fine. We also substituted chocolate chips for raisins. Yummy!
