It’s been awhile since I posted one of these! I’ve been working on my health since little guy was born.
In many ways, it was working on my pain level. I had so many things going on after his birth-from C-section healing gone wrong, to horrible hip pain, and flare ups of my chronic problems. Then the hernia…….it’s been a long few years!
This spring, I did start feeling better and more like myself. I started eating low carb. THM did not work for me and I think I’ve figured out many reasons why.
I was feeling great on low carb but weight wasn’t budging.
Recently, I started a lower carb plan with some restrictions and specific supplements and I feel like a million bucks!
I’m so thankful that I seem to have found something that is helping with the weight loss and feeling better.
I haven’t weighed but my clothes are definitely fitting better. So, I’m hoping for some progress soon!
