Fighting the Temptation to Spend

Tuesday, April 13th, 2010

For the past several years, I’ve lived on a very limited income.
Very limited. I mean limited. (Get the picture?)
God has been so good to provide for us in multiple ways. The provision seems to come right at the exact moment. Whether it’s a part time job, a gift, a need found at the thrift store, [...]

Tips
1. If you’re [...]

James and I have began visiting the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.

Last Saturday, I found this beautiful bouquet for $5. I enjoyed looking at it on my counter this week.

Crystal has a just for fun post up at Money Saving Mom.
What have you made at home?

Ebay picture tutorial

Thursday, May 1st, 2008

I was perusing blogs this morning. I saw at The Nesting Place  that she had listed some items on Ebay. Being nosy, I had to peek. I noticed that she had multiple photos in her listing, which costs $$$.
I asked her to email me so I could tell her how to save $ on Ebay [...]

Easy Bake Oven Fun

Wednesday, April 16th, 2008

James discovered my Easy Bake oven in the basement and wanted to know what it was.
My Easy Bake is brown and orange. Can you guess what era it was when I got it?
