This is the super yummy, probably not so good for you potato dish that my mom makes every Easter.
2 lb frozen hasbrowns
1 stick butter
1 small onion, minced
1 pint sourcream

This is just a simple easy meatloaf, but it always gets thumbs up when I make it. It’s from a church cookbook from a church we went to years ago.

1 cup water
2 eggs
1/3 cup PLUS 2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

I’m just curious! I have split pea soup in the crockpot.
